No Wireless Nic Plug in for Mac os

I am not able to connect my Archer T3U plus to my Mac. I can see te wi fi icon with a red cross. It is showing No Wireless Nic Plug in. I have Mac OS Ventura 13.7. Can you please help. Thank you-:

Unfortunately, the Archer T3U Plus only supports "Mac OS 10.15 and earlier".
