Model: Deco BE65
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.0.8 Build 20240723 Rel. 26458

Hi,

I've used deco M5, M9+, and X95, main router is M9+. I can access internet for years with no problem issue. Then, I bought a new BE65 model and set it as a Main router. I can connect to the it well, But later, the wifi signal of device kept repeatedly reconnected. I noticed it fail to get IP address from BE65. I restarted it and it came back to work again.

I thought the problem had been resolved. The next day, the issue came back. I decided to switch it from "router" to "access point" mode, but no luck.

Once it blocked my device, I changed from random MAC address to a fixed MAC address and it was connected. If it blocked my device again I have to reboot the BbE65.

It's quite weird because only 2 devices have the same issue (and always be the same devices) while other devices are fine.

What configuration should I check or change? Or this is a bug of BE65.

Thank you,

Natto

  @Salad

Hi,

May I know the model number of the two devices?

And please also provide me with the topology of your network and a screenshot of the error message.
