Model: Deco XE75 Pro
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I have setup the XE75 Pro as the main router, connected to the Plunet Hub 2 unit in bridge (modem) mode.

The connectivity works ok and the mesh system operates correctly but the main Deco router loses connection to the Plusnet unit multiple times each day.

The internet connection to the Plusnet router is rock solid and never drops - I have asked Plusnet to check this multiple times and the line has no issues.

I have tried the Plusnet router without the Deco units and it works perfectly.

I have also tried a Google Wifi mesh system, with the Plusnet unit in bridge mode, and that works perfectly.

All leads have been changed and that has had no impact.

There must be a setting in the TP-Link unit that needs to be adjusted or changed.

  @ugscavcg

assuming you have FTTC broadband and not full fibre? What settings have you used so far?

Have you tried the Plusnet hub in router mode and changing the Deco to access point mode?

Maybe try another ethernet port on the main Deco too.

BT Full fibre 500, 2x M9 Plus V2 and 1x X60 V3.2 in AP mode connected to Archer C80.
