Hi
last night one of my Deco M9's died. The led is black and I have tried to connect it to another power supply (which works with another M9) but it's still dead.
any idea of where to start troubleshooting, or do I need to replace it??
Best
Andera

Hi, have you tried to plug it into a different power socket?
Please also hold the reset pinhole for 1s and check whether it responds to the factory reset.
If nothing happens, please contact the local shop retailer to ask for warranty service.

Thank you very much and best regards.
