  @Decorer247

Hi, Thanks for the feedback.

The Deco APP upgrade is much faster than the Deco software and it should be ready in the next few weeks.

Best regards.

What the hells is going on with futures missing? - I manage 4 deco networks (all m9Plus 2 station networks) - all 4 set as access points - all beside 1 network run older FW - updated FW network is missing “Network Optimization”, missing indication which deco device is connected to, missing Smart DHCP toggle, missing WiFi signal stretch between deco and main deco, missing Reboot Schedule ! - FW1.6.3 deco has all of the above! - but than 4th network got promoted that it needs Update, and updated me to the 1.2.10 build 20190809??? (Now it checks and says it is up to date?) - other 3 networks are being printed to update too 1.6.4 da hell is happening 🤔😂😂

  @David-TP

What a torture to use both of this App revisions - official and this beta, trying to edit clients, especially IOT clients. I have a lot of Tuya clients and each time i try to make even tiny changes, like change device icon, system crashes by going to Decos reboot.

Please improve this situation asap. ( i have only about 100 clients for 3 Decos on 100sq.m.)

  @nixuspix

BTW the current version 3.8.69 is much, much more stable and faster, than this 3.8.36 - it is virtually already dead

I’ve spent days and nights dealing with this problem, and I couldn’t find an answer anywhere. The satellite unit always appears offline after a network restart. I tried countless tests, downgraded the firmware, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted the ISP’s ONT—nothing worked. In the Deco app, the satellite unit is always offline, or even more strangely, sometimes it appears online but without an assigned IP address.

When the satellite appears offline in the app, changes only apply correctly to the main unit. For example, if you turn off the LED function on the main unit, it turns off, but the secondary unit remains on because it cannot receive commands when it is shown as offline in the app.

Interestingly, it shows as offline in the app, but in reality, it is online. When it appears as offline in the app and various devices connect—including IoT devices—they show as connected via Ethernet to the main unit instead of Wi-Fi. Other times, after network restarts, the secondary unit appears online in the app but without an assigned IP address.

I contacted TP-LINK Romania (my region), and they recommended that I downgrade, but it was in vain as the issue persists regardless of the firmware version.

My old system: Deco X20 V2.0 EU (2-pack), updated to the latest version.

I initially thought it might be a hardware issue. I checked the logs and saw various errors, but I don’t know how to interpret them. In any case, today I bought the new Deco X60 V3.20 AX5400 EU out of frustration, and I was surprised to see that after configuring the network and performing the first restart, the secondary unit appeared as offline in the app.

Please do something, as we cannot modify any settings when the secondary unit is offline; changes only apply to the main unit.

Fortunately, I found this topic and installed the Deco BETA app. However, when I restart here, I encounter the same issue with the satellite appearing offline. However, after restarting the entire system, I see that it appears as online in the Deco BETA app.

Current system: Deco X60 V3.20 AX5400 EU (2-pack)

Latest version: 1.2.9 Build 20240722 Rel. 43212

On this new system, I have only installed the beta version of the app on iOS, not the firmware.

Oh, and if it matters, I also have Tapo devices, including cameras and smart plugs
