@Denis55 Maybe you put your Satellite Deco far away from Main Deco. I also faced this issue with Deco M4 because satellite Deco can't get enough signals to always get online. Try to move it little closer to Main Deco and try.

@ARGamingPK1 It is connected by cable…everything revolves around the app/firmware I also tested on new Deco x60 system and the same manifests and before I tried all possible and impossible modes on old X20 system including side by side.

@Denis55 Try new beta version of Deco App 3.8.102 on Android.

@ARGamingPK1 I installed the beta application and it seems to be fine now it appears online but if I restart the network the secondary unit still appears as offline although physically it is online, probably becouse the firmware is not updated to beta like the application but I am waiting for the final stable version for the firmware.

@Denis55 Bro delete the App Beta firmware and download the stable update from the google play store or apple store which is still better than this Beta

Before the current Deco Beta app version 3.8.112, I had the stable version 3.8.69 from the Apple Store, where the secondary satellite was often offline in the app. However, I’m sure it’s not just the app, and a firmware update specifically for my X60 V3.20 EU system is also needed.
