Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: newest

Currentliy in DHCP settings i can set up a DNS Server.

But thats only working for IPv4.

If a device prefers to use IPv6 they will ignore the DHCP DNS Server settings and use the ones from ISP.

 

 

It would be nice, if we could set up IPv4 and IPv6 adresses for DNS Server.

 

 

 

The Google Public DNS addresses are:

  • IPv4:

    • Primary: 8.8.8.8
    • Secondary: 8.8.4.4

  • IPv6:

    • Primary: 2001:4860:4860::8888
    • Secondary: 2001:4860:4860::8844

Hi, Thanks for the update.

I don't think it is going to be implemented at least not in a short time. It has been mentioned a few times but hasn't been approved by the R&D department yet.

If there is any further improvement, we will share it with the community as soon as possible.
