can't connect Toshiba smart tv to extender

can get my wifi extender to connect to my phone and laptop b ut not my tv. it picks up that there is a network there but when i put the password in it says authorisation failed

Hi,

Please forget the RE WIFI on the TV, and then connect again.

And you can connect to both 2.4G and 5G as a try.

If only this certain TV cannot connect to RE, please also check if there are any settings on the TV, and also test if it can connect to the main network normally.
