Hello David! I need your help,

 

I am having some connection issues, I reported back to my ISP, but they told me that they don't have any at their end. I checked the log and I encountered this message repeatedly:

 

daemon.err miniupnpd[19006]: sendto(udp_notify=11, [::1]): Network is unreachable

 

for the same amount of time that the network has a problem. The light of the deco remains green but I lose internet. 

 

I have the main deco connected to a switch and all the other decos are connected via ethernet. 

 

Please can you send to figure out what's the problem?

Please try the following troubleshooting steps.

1. Use other device to test if the internet is stable on this switch port using the same Ethernet cable.
2. If the Deco work in router mode, you can also change the DNS settings.

  @Sunshine hello! thank you very much for your help! 

 

I changed the DNS to Google DNS and i tried other device usimg the same cable with the swith and i didnt encountered any connection problem, in this case what it could be?
