No devices displayed but WiFi is working

Model: Deco BE65

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.0.7 Build 20240322 Rel. 57053

When looking at my Deco mobile app, both routers are online however, they do not show the devices that are connected to it. This is occurring on my Pixel 9 Pro XL. However, on my other Android phone, I can see that there are 18 clients connected to the Main router and 20 clients connected to "Other".

Why doesn't this show up on the Deco app running on my Pixel?

Hi David, thanks for the quick reply.

Uninstalling, restarting my Pixel 9 Pro XL and re-installing the Deco app resolved it. I can now see devices that are connected to my 2 mesh routers in the Deco app.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

Did it make any difference whether the Pixel 9 Pro XL is connected to the Deco Wi-Fi or via mobile data?

It is also suggested to remove the Deco APP from Pixel 9 Pro XL and install it again.
