@Marvin_S, your troubleshooting steps are either insufficient or incorrect. I just bought a Archer BE550 Pro from Amazon and received it this week. I want to move away from Netgear, but it looks like there is no one comparable to them. I am having issues even when connected wired using Cat 6E able which supports more than 1Gbps bandwidth.

When I had my Netgear router, I used to get 800-900Mbps/22mbps and now, I get 55Mbps download. This is absolutely unacceptable, paying more than my Netgear router. My upgrade is to plan ahead for the future, getting up to 10Gbps internet speeds.

Please look into this issue and let me know ASAP. Otherwise, I will have to return this device and provide my product feedback.

Hi, I having problems with the network speed, my internet speed is 500mb one day and the next day 20mb on the 5G, and when I connect to 6G it is even worse max speed of 40Mb, I have tried everything I have changed the cable also the setting I have updated the router, I play around almost 2 days I can't get it the router work right, transfer speed max 55MB on my local network, I have 1GB speed up and down, I had the Xiaomi AX3000 and was getting 890MB/s, I am also using your PCI card BE9300, my signal 2.8GB in 5G and 6G I'm getting 5,7GB
