Hello all,

I am struggling with crazy PING spikes every minute (as per the screenshot). I actually already exchanged 3x X60 units as I thought it was a HW issue, but it doesn`t seem to be actually. Now I have the new XE75 pro and I am facing the same issue. Of course issue is likely not going to appear on 6GHZ, but only a handful of devices support that.

Please check the image above.

I am getting interference and ping spikes (pinging the gateway) even if the wifi analyzer does not show significant interference with other SSIDs. I have a 2 bedroom apartment, so the DECO units are relatively close to each other. I am running the network optimization all the time, but it only switches between channel 36 and 44 and I am getting this issue on both channels. Why can`t the DECO try another one? I understand there is no manual channel changing, but as you can see, this is causing a significant issues.

Can you please help? I have exchanged 4x deco units (3x X60 and 1x XE75 PRO), but I am still unable to fix it. And the interference might be different depending where I move, I did sometimes notice some other 44 channels quite far away, but still reachable to the apartment, but I still don`t believe it would cause such crazy ping spikes every minute or so.

Please let me know if there is any solution to this. I tried all (turning of beamforming, fast roaming etc). Already tried absolutely everything with my older X60 units, got them exchanged for these, but still facing the same issues.

Thank you in advance.
