Archer TX3000E 5GHz Link speed is limited to 173/173 Mbps
I just installed a brand new Archer TX3000E NIC. While it is working ok, my 5GHz link speed is limited to only 173/173Mbps. I've tried using a different channel and channel width but it is still limited. My router is the Archer C60 AC1350 so I'm sure it is capable way more than this.
If I connect to the 2.4 GHz wifi, my link speed is actually more:
When I use my Archer T4U, the linkspeed is very good:
I'm using the latest intel driver not the microsoft one that comes from windows:
The location of the router and my pc is right next to each other and there is nothing in between.
Thank you for your assistance.

Hi,
Please change the adapter's wireless mode to 802.11ac.

@Sunshine No go. Link speed is the same after changing the wireless to ac.
I also notice the channel width's option is only 2 i.e. Auto (20Mhz) or 20Mhz.

Hi,
Thanks for your information.
Please download the driver from TP-Link official website -- Archer TX3000E V1 driver.
Besides, please make sure that the 2.4G WIFI and 5G WIFI are separate.
If you enabled Smart Connect, please disable it and use different SSID for 2.4G and 5G.

Tried installing the driver from the TPLink website. It is a no go. I couldn't install it.
Log below (I can't paste and post it so putting it as an image)
2.4Ghz and 5Ghz SSID is separate, also with separate name. I've even tried a different router i.e. 1 router with 2.4GHz only and the other with 5GHz only. Result is the same.
Smart connect is not on.

Hi,
As a test, can you please change the 5 GHz channel on the Archer C60 from 149 to something in the range of 36 - 48 and then check the link speed in Windows again?
