AppStore won´t install any apps after installing my new Deco X20 mesh wifi
Hello,
I just installed my 3 new deco X20 in my house. Everything seems to work except for the downloading of the apps.
After trying to download or update any Apps on different iPhones and iPads when connected to the new deco network, the message that appears is "Unable to install App". If I disconnect my devices from the Deco Network, I can download all the apps without any problems.
What setting should I move so that I can be able to install the Apps?
Thanks.

Hi, Have you set any parental control profiles for the Apple devices?
Please also refer to this link to set the IPV4 DNS server to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 to see whether it helped or not:

@David-TP Hello, thank you for your response.
No, there are not any parental controls.
I tried already to change the DNS server and the result is the same, still can't download any apps.
Do you know how could I fix that?
Thanks,

Hi, if possible, could you please also try to temporarily disable the network security features(such as Malicious Content Filter, Intrusion Prevention System, and Infected Device Quarantine) to see whether it helped?
Do you have an ISP router connected in front of Deco?
If yes, I think we can try to set Deco into Access Point mode to see whether it helped:

Hey there, it's frustrating when apps won't download from the App Store! Here are a few things you can try to fix it:-
Check your Internet connection- Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi or have a strong cellular signal. Sometimes a simple restart can do the trick.
Check for updates- Go to Settings > General > Software Update and make sure your iPhone's software is up-to-date.
Check your storage- Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage to see how much free space you have. You might need to delete some unused apps or files to free up space.
Sign out of your Apple ID- Go to Settings > [Your Name] and tap Sign Out. Then, restart your iPhone and sign back in.
Reset network settings- This will erase all network settings, including Wi-Fi passwords and cellular settings. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset and tap Reset Network Settings.
Hopefully, one of these solutions will get your apps downloading again!
