Adding H200 hub to Deco XE75 Pro
Hi...
I'm currently have an Deco XE75 Pro system that I'm very happy with.
However, I can't add my H200 hub and doorbell to the Deco app. Smart plugs, bulbs and cameras are fine.
Is there a way to do this or is it a function to be added later?
Also. is there a way to view cameras in the Deco app?

Hi, Currently, Deco APP still don't allow live viewing cameras.
As for the HS200, Do you mean it can't connect to the 2.4Ghz of Deco XE75 Pro? Would there be any error message?
(The "Smart Home" does support configuring HS200 and you might need to set it up via Tapo APP.)
Here are some suggestions for your reference:
1. Please disable "Fast roaming" and "Beamforming" under Deco APP>More>Advanced.

Yes. There doesn't seem to be an option to add H200 to the Deco app and it doesn't seem to appear in the list of clients.
I have it all set up in the Tapo app. Although it would be nice to have everything controlled/accessed in one app.
Are these things, including the camera feeds, things that could be added in the future?

Hi, Will you find H200 hub in the offline list?
I haven't been informed of any plans to support Live views/camera feeds on the Deco APP. Compared with smart plugs/lights/switches, the WiFi cameras require more privacy permission so I think the engineers will need to carefully consider this aspect.

Yes, it's in the 'off line' clients. As are a few others which I know are on line

I think you could try to install the beta firmware here for Deco XE75 Pro_V3 to see whether it helped or not:
