I am not familiar with this error but here some details about that.

Without involving your ISP I doubt that you would resolve this issue.

At least they can tell you what are the errors on their side and advise on that.

Hey again,

I think the problem is related to VLAN configs. I need to set the VLAN ID for the internet to 0 (my ISP uses "0" for the internet ) but my TP-Link Router doesn't allow to do this. How can I set this one to zero? Old tplink routers allow to set 0 but my archer doesn't. Urgent help is needed. Thanks!

You can't set value of "0" for the VLAN ID as it can be seen from your screenshot.

The default VLAN ID is "1", so you should set a value from "2" to "4094".

You can conatct your local support fo further assistance - here.

Hi, did you make sure your ISP provided VLAN ID as 0 for you? At the beginning,  it seems the VLAN ID showing on your screenshot is 103.

Did you every try to disable IPTV/VLAN? Then just configure PPPoE information.

It is sincerely suggested to contact local technical support to confirm. Maybe they have a solution to the restriction from local ISPs.

  Dear @Marvin_S &   @terziyski ,

Thanks for your time once again! However, I could not find any solution to this. I am now confident about the problem which is defiantly couldn't set the VLAN ID to "0".

My ISP using VLAN ID internet as "0". I tried another Tplink product (which allows to set VLAN ID to "0") and everything works well. But in my Archer BE550, I cannot set this value to "0", and also cannot understand why.

I sent a ticket but TPLink Turkey did not help me at all.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

May I know the model of your another TP-Link product? Is it also a wireless router?

If you set it up with VLAN ID 0, can you get internet access from your ISP to that product?
