Alternative to an ADOT Fibre system for Hi-Fi

Thinking of getting an ADOT Fibre Optic Gigabit Network Conversion Kit for my Hi-Fi for between my final switch and Linn Selekt DSM.
The kits themselves are very expensive, but look similar to the MC200MC product.
Some questions:
Are they essentially the same product but branded with the usual Hi-Fi mark up?
Has anyone got this set up and what are your thoughts?
I appreciate that I might not have the right terms and you may have more questions as this is all new to me.
Thanks in advance.

Hi, welcome to the community.
They are quite similar and in most situations, they can be replaced by each other.
Do you plan to use this Media Converter to connect the Linn Selekt DSM via an Ethernet cable to the final switch?
-If yes, I saw there is already an Ethernet port on the Linn Selekt DSM, I don't think you need an extra Media Converter.
Is there any specific reason that you want to use the Media Converter?
Thank you very much and best regards.

Thanks for your prompt response.
I think I will need two converters and I have no fibre connectors.

Yeah, the ADOT kits are often rebranded media converters like the MC200MC, just marketed for Hi-Fi use with a premium price. If you're after noise isolation, the MC200MC can do a similar job for way less.
