Hi,

 

   I have an issue where the AX3000 Wi-Fi6 Range Extender caused the internet bandwith become slow .

Once i turned off the AX3000 Wi-Fi6 Device the internet speed back to normal as it should be.

need URGENT advice for this issue.Thanks .

Hi,

 

Usually range extender will not affect the speed of your main router.

 

Please set a different WIFI name for the extended WIFI, which can help ensure that the tested device is still connected to the main router even when the RE is powered on.

Then please test again the wireless speed you get from 5G with and without RE powered on.

And please share us with the results.

 

Will the wired device also be affected?
