Unable to connect VX230v to the internet. Phone connects to router but the router is saying unable to connect all lights are on though

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

As VX230v is a customized model for some ISPs only, sorry we know about it less than common models. But you may also refer to this troubleshooting guide if you fail to have internet access after finishing quick setup on TP-Link DSL modem router.

Or it is suggested to contact local support for direct help.
