OneMesh with RE605X
Hi ,
I received my new WiFi7 router from my ISP (TP Link EB810v) last night, and since I still keep my RE605X extender in my bedroom, I am thinking of linking them via OneMesh.
However, according to the Tether app, it mentions that the "current main router does not support OneMesh".
Am I missing any critical steps (e.g. updating FW for both extender and router)?
Appreciate any help/guidance.
Regards,

Hi ,
Thanks for sharing. :)
Not sure if there's a plan to upgrade the FW of RE605X to support EasyMesh in the future?

i have also recently got the EB810v installed by my service provider Starhub for the 10GBPS bundle.
Is the range extender RE330 compatible if I want to set up an extender inside the bedroom?

Hi
The EB810v supports EasyMesh, so it is advised to consider purchasing an extender that also supports EasyMesh for optimal compatibility.

Please note that while the RE300 V2 supports EasyMesh, the RE300 V1 does not offer this feature
