BE550 router not opening 6ghz channel
I bought the router two days ago. I can use it as WiFi 7 with my own S24 Ultra device in the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, but I cannot activate the 6GHz band. I tried all the settings, but I could not find any way.

My device sees 6ghz bands. My device saw the 6ghz band of another wifi7 router in the technology store without any problems.
I wonder if it could be a problem caused by my country, I live in turkey. if so, how does the router know where I live and how can another router open the 6ghz band? sorry for asking so many questions :(

May I kindly request to double-check the query once more? Is the issue related to the phone's inability to detect the 6G Wi-Fi network, or is it that the available 6G channel is not visible or selectable in the Web management interface?
Additionally, if you purchased the Samsung mobile phone and BE550 locally in Turkey, could you kindly share the store from which you acquired the BE550? Thank you.

The problem is that I cannot see the 6ghz channel on the phone. it can be opened in the web interface as shown in the screenshot. my phone came from Saudi Arabia and I bought the router from Vatan Computer in Turkey.
