Deco App unstable
Deco App unstable
I have a network of the following:
X55 x 3 (one of which is the Main Deco)
M5 x 3
X50-Outdoor x 1
Recently, and a couple of weeks after I installed the latest firmware onto the X55, the app has become unstable. Before it was fine, never had a problem.
It regularly shows Decos as offline, even though it appears they are not.
Also shows minimum connected item (example shown above; Main: 1 items where there is actually 35+)
I have so far:
- Rebooted the network, several times
- Restarted the app
- Removed app, rebooted phone, reinstalled the app (iPhone 13)
Upon closing the app and restarting it, the correct number of items show, then after a few seconds it seems to refresh back to the wrong information when it seems to then only show TP-Link products (like Tapo and Kasa), everything else shows as "offline".
Any ideas?

Would there be any Tapo smart devices under your Mesh Network?
I have a beta firmware for Deco X55_V1 that is based on the latest 1.5.5 version. You could try to install the beta version first to see whether it helped with the current issue.

Same error with my pair of Deco S7 since last upgrade. What s happening? I ve been looking for a solution since then but seems theres none
