Parental controls doesn't block all access
I need to block internet access for my cameras. I've enabled parental controls, added the cameras by using the drop down list, selected "whitelist" and left it empty, saved and restarted the router...and they can still be accessed from my phone connected to 5G, so they clearly aren't blocked from the internet. Just to test, I added my phone, made sure I had device mac selected (not random), and saved and restarted. Google and youtube still have access, but if I click a result in the google search, it doesn't load. So it's blocking *some* things. Naturally, the cameras still make it through. Of course, they're Tapo cameras. This is ridiculous though. Don't say you're blocking the internet if I can still get to youtube and google.
The cameras, and my phone for that matter, all have static IPs set from the router.
Edit: Adding more. Youtube loads *very* slowly on the "blocked" phone, but it does load. Google search results for new searches load too. The wifi list on the phone *says* "connected, no internet"?!?!?! Why does this not work?! It doesn't make *any* sense at all.
