I’m experiencing an issue with the parental control logs on my Deco X50. It appears that the history is completely blank and I’m unable to view any records. Has anyone encountered a similar problem or have any suggestions for resolving this issue?

Did the issue just start recently? Or were the Parental Control records always blank ever since purchasing the Deco X50?
