Firmware Version: 1.0.2 20240531 rel.36373 (5553)

I'm having an issue with Archer A10 Model (AC2600 MU-MIMO Wi-Fi Router). Usually after a powercut when the Router restarts (and occassionally when I reboot from browser after login to Router), it takes 20 mins and above to get connected to Internet. Even though the router is connected directly to the Internet. I don't know what is taking so long or what is the issue. This has been a perennial issue ever since I purchased this Router.
I recently (07Aug2024) upgraded the firmware (1.0.2 20240531 rel.36373 (5553)) as well from the older firmware version (1.0.0 Build 20200402 rel.75473(5553)). After this firmware upgrade as well the issue continues to persist. Any help would be sincerely appreciated. I'd be more than happy if you need any further information to resolve this issue.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

The question sounds strange and rare. If you are using the original power adapter all the time, it is suggested to contact retailer or local support to confirm warranty.

  @Marvin_S Hi and thanks for your response. Everything is original including the power adapter as suggested. I don't think its with the power adapter, but some router settings, because at times it gets connected within 5 minutes of rebooting/restarting, whereas most times its approximately 20mins & above. I'm out of warranty as it has been 4 years since i purchased it, not sure if the warranty is honoured now?

Hi, I guess it is out of warranty. But you may contact retailer or local support to double-check.
