Deco not working at all

Hardware Version: V6

Firmware Version:

I have 3 deco x60. The led turned red and wifi stopped working however Ethernet was still working. But now neither WiFi nor the Ethernet is working.

The direct connection to fiber network is working. The problem arises after connecting to deco.

Please advise a solution.

Hi, it is suggested to restart the fiber modem once first.

After that, if the LED is still solid red on the main Deco, please refer to

Unable to connect to the Internet

It is also suggested to set a different Deco X60 as the main Deco:

How to replace the main Deco with another Deco
