Our home network consist of three Deco M9 plus. We frequently experience that with firmware 1.6.3 the internet connection on our iPhone 12 Pro frequently disconnects but on our iPhone 13 the connection is stable and does not disconnect frequently.

We already tried a few things with the iPhone 12 Pro:

1. Reset the network settings on the iPhone 12 Pro.

2. Turn off "Private Address" on the 12 Pro.

3. Disable Mesh technology on the Deco APP for 12 Pro.

The issue is still present. Is this a known issue with firmware version 1.6.3? And is there a solutions available except for turning back to a older firmware version?

Hi,

Can the iPhone 12 Pro stably connect to other WIFI?

Please also check if it is under parental control or block list that may affect it.

And enable a 2.4G guest network for the iPhone 12 Pro to have a comparison.

Hello

Yes, the iPhone 12 Pro has a stable connection with other Wifi's. The phone is not under parental control or on any block list.

I will try if the 2.4G guest network is more stable. Do you know of other solutions if this does not provide the same stability as we have with the iPhone 13?
