Heb net een xe75 (2) geïnstalleerd. Nu wil ik een m9 toevoegen. Dat is gelukt maar ik zie in de app dat er geen device contact maakt met deze m9. Enig idee waarom niet?

Hi,

 

When devices connect to the Deco, it will automatically select the most suitable Deco unit for each device based on its calculations.

 

For your case, you can connect a wired device directly to the Deco M9 Plus to test if you can see it connect to this certain Deco unit.

You should check firmware version of Deco M9 Plus. If it is firmware 1.2, Deco M9 Plus will not report devices connected to it. You will need to update firmware in that case, newer versions of M9 Plus firmware have that issue fixed.

 

The easiest way to find which firmware version M9 Plus has is to open Update Deco page in Deco app, example:
