What is the model name of your router?

 

Whether the lock icon light is off or on or blinking depends on certain things. Are you trying to connect a wireless device via the "WPS" function?
 

Thank you for your reply. My router: TP-LINK AX1800, AX21US V4.6 which Replaces my older TP-Link Archer 1900 (C9) v5 which always displays all lights. I am not connecting via WPS, all my connections are working fine: 4 Ethernet and 4 wi-fi.

In the section "LED Explanation" you can read under which conditions the "Lock" (WPS) light will turn on.
