Hopefully someone can help me. Yesterday afternoon our Netflix suddenly stopped us watching a lot of programs and came up with a error saying thsi is out of your region thsi only happens on the wi fi soon as I take it off to 4g it works fine then soon as the wi fi is connected to a device it thinks we our in a different country!

 

it seem it's o it Netflix that's it happening too. 

 

Any ideas? 
 

all so casting via Apple stoped working on one deco all other where fine?

Hi, Did you watch Netflix on the smart TV/laptop or mobile phone?

Have you enabled any VPN service on the Deco or any of the above devices?

 

It is also suggested to, unplug Deco from the ISP modem, then connect a laptop to the ISP modem directly via an Ethernet cable and access Netflix again to see whether the video channels could be opened as expected.
