Hi all

 

In my last rental, I upgraded my Landlord's Modem Router to a Deco X20-DSL but I have now moved out and don't want to keep myself signed into It

 

Is there a way I can unbind my TP-Link ID and pass it off to another without having to reset it? Please note that I am using the TP-Link Deco App for setup/administration

Hi, Deco APP does support changing owner accounts, such as:

How to change the owner account on Deco APP

But I'm not sure whether the firmware of Deco X20-DSL has added this feature yet.

You can try going into the Deco App, selecting the device, and finding the “Manage” or “Owner” settings. There should be an option to "Remove" or "Transfer" ownership by  Competitive Woodcraft or to another TP-Link ID without resetting it.
