I have a TL-WR940N router which is connected to my Deutsche Telekom Speedport and for the last 3 years has been working perfectly until 2 days ago when I’m suddenly unable to get the internet.
Light still shows blue and I can connect with no problem.
I have unplugged, restarted, unplugged again, factory reset etc.  Still the blue light, I see that I’m connected but just no internet.

I see there are some help pages here which may as well be written in Klingon.  I guess you understand by now that my tech knowledge is non-existent.  😃
I have no interest or understanding of routers, I just need to be online!

Mainly what I would like to understand (in my innocence) is why and how this would have happened from one day to the next.  Could Telekom have made changes to the Speedport which would then affect the 940N.  Is that even possible?
