  @Dijin

Hi,

Did you reboot the router manually after you enabled the Smart Connect settings?

Please also check if you can save the other settings successfully.

You can also use other devices to change the settings as a try.

  @Sunshine

I had tried the same. The Smart Connect setting is lost after reboot the router manually. Other settings are working property.  I had tried the same using mobile application also. But the same issue is there.

  @Sunshine   Hi.   Has this issue been resolved or still happening   can see this firmware offered on my AX72.  I use smart connect and it works well so didn't want to lose it.  Thanks

  @bb9153 I am still facing the issue. I had tried the Manuel restart also. Not able to factory reset on the router because multiple clients are connected. Down time is not possible.

You can try to flash the older version of the firmware if that is possible.

@Sunshine  I had tried to factory reset the router. After this the Smart Connect Option is working fine and still enabled after restart. But I have identified the issue. I am using TP link extender with Mesh connectivity. After connecting the mesh extender, the Smart Connect Option is not set properly after restart. As per there firmware note, we can't able to downgrade the firmware.
