I recently purchased the Archer T4U AC1300 wireless adapter for my Kali Linux machine. Unfortunately, I have encountered compatibility issues with the drivers provided for this adapter and the latest version of Kali Linux 2024. The current kernel version on my system is 6.6.9-amd64.

The official drivers available for this adapter are as follows:

OS: Kali Linux 2018.1
Kernel Source Version: 4.14.0-kali3-amd64

Could you please advise on how to obtain the latest driver compatible with the current Kali Linux 2024 release and its kernel version? Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

If your current kernel is more updated than the supported versions, since Linux is developed at an open system with various branches, we are no longer able to provide the corresponding official drivers. In this way, you may search for third-party websites like GitHub.com for compatible drivers based on the chipsets used by the wireless adapter.

For Archer T4U V3, it is RTL8812AU.
