Good day! My ISP here is Maxis Fibre and I've subscribed with the 500mbps package monthly. My main deco here cant never reach 300 mbps although I am using a 5G band. I am not sure is the problem from ISP side or the setting of the deco was wrongly done. Need advice from this. Thanks! Attachment also shown my internet speed done with ookla.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

Have you tested the Ethernet speed directly from the Deco M4?

If possible, it is also suggested to check the wireless link speed on the device when it is connected to the 5GHz WiFi:

How to check the associated/link speed on a wireless client

 

Please also confirm that QOS is disabled or set to 500mbps upload/download.

If there is an ISP-provided router in front of the Deco, it is also suggested to set Deco into Access Point mode:
