Model: Deco BE85
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.18 Build 20240409 Rel. 41111

Have 2 BE85 and we still have huge issues with unstable connections. Its actually both wired and wireless. Have more-or-less tried everything i can come up with. Beamforming off, mesh off etc. etc.

Logs are quite full of theese errors, might be normal?

Hi, Thank you very much for your feedback.

Have you noticed any Deco BE85 turn red during the disconnection?

Is the satellite Deco BE85 wirelessly connected to the main Deco BE85?

Can I have the model number of the devices that dropped out a lot when connecting to Deco?

Do you need to restart Deco or reboot the mobile clients to restore the WiFi connection?

By the way, for the client with MAC address-94-BB-AE-1B-D7-A6, it seems like a smart robotic lawn mower or some similar stuff. Since it kept repeating in the error logs, did it help to stabilize the connection if we tried to power it off for a while and start the whole Mesh system once?

Wait for your reply and best regards.

Deco maintain the green led even during connection issues.

Satellite is connected via ethernet and the wifi bands.

Model number, its both our laptops and iphones (13 and 15). Laptop is HP Probook G6 and Asus Zenbook UM3402 .

To restore the connection it differs. On the LG Tv thats connected with ethernet i can toggle automatic ip settings on/off then internet will get restored, i can see its otherwise stuck at the dns stage. Other times i need to reboot the decos, then its restored.

Regarding our Gardena robot lawnmover we tried to disconnect all the IOT (maybe 20 plugs), lawnmover, camera etc. but it did not help. However i did switch it to ehternet instead of wifi connection now.

Worth note, that when we got the decos it worked flawless for some time and we have not changed or added anything to the network.

Also we borrowed a asus mesh for some time and they worked without any issuse.

If you need logs etc. let me know how i can assist, i really need this resolved since working from home is more-or-less impossible with the decos.

Hi, thank you very much for the quick reply.

I'd like to follow up on your case via email and forward it to the senior engineers for further assistance.

Please check whether you can receive my email later. And you could also update the email with the system logs you have saved during the disconnection.

Best regards.
