Hello,

 

I hope you guys are doing well.

I have a simple question is this really hard to give us an option to set 5Ghz band preference in Deco ?

 

Again I am not asking about channel selection, I am just asking about band preference option. Means you want band 1 preferred or band 4 etc

 

Last time I have checked in 2021, some suggestions were noted, are you guys still working on them or it is impossible?

@FaisalSaleem Manual band preference would almost be like manual channel selection, since different bands have different channels

so what are cons in manual band preference ?

 

and what about countries like Pakistan and Bangladesh that only support band 4, any Deco x20 version 3 firmware for them that work on band 4 only?

@FaisalSaleem Deco routers in Bangladesh have been customized to work in Band 4.

 

I don't think X20 V3 is available here yet

If you are talking about Pakistan then version 3 is available in local stores, I don't know about Bangladesh.
