I have 3 Deco X20, and was going to add a M4, but I discovered that the M4 does not allows to select preferred signal source.

Which Deco models offer that feature?

Some M4 offer Connection Preference feature, but you would not know if yours has it until you add it to Deco mesh.

 

If you want additional Deco unit from WiFi 5 M-series, your best bet is M5 or M9 Plus.

 

It is advisable to stay with same WiFi 6 X-series you have, if you follow that recommendation your best bet is X55 or X50.

  @Fuertas Install beta firmware of Deco M4 (V2) to 1.7.0 which u will find on forum
