Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.7.6

Hello I'm changing my internet service provider in a few days. I am currently using my Deco's plugged into a Virgin media router in modem mode.My new set up will be with a BT ONT box which I intend plugging the deco directly into. 

Do I go into the deco app and choose remove network or do I choose create new network or do I factory reset the deco's , thanks in advance

Connect Main Deco to Port 1 (LAN1) of BT ONT box and see if Deco can establish connection. If it does, you would not need to do anything else.

 

If BT ONT box has just one Ethernet port, same as above, but obviously connect Main Deco to that Ethernet port.

Your Deco will require to be in Router mode, and you might have to change some settings in "Internet Connection".

There is no reason, however to removing the network, creating new network, or doing a factory reset.
