I Tried to change the password and the SSID of my Deco M4 and m4r but it seems didnt change at all

Hi, Thanks for the message.
Is your Deco provided by the Internet service provider?
The current firmware-1.1.9 Build 20200119 Rel. 75362, is a customized version for local internet service provider- PLDT which doesn't support changing the wireless security mode. But I think you should still be able to change the SSID and password.
By the way, may I know your current Deco APP version?

Deco app Version. 3.7.55 im trying to change the SSID and Password but it turns out that still the same SSID and password appearing please help me. i tried to contact the ISP also they tell me to check on their end no feedback still thank you best regards
