Firmware update
Hi,
I have two networks (in different houses), each with two Deco S4 nodes. Exactly the same devices but I don't understand why on one of the networks I have firmware 1.5.0 Build 20240329 Rel. 61026 and on the other I have an older one which is 1.4.1 Build 20230324 Rel. 50892. On the one that has the 1.4.1 when I try to update from the Deco App it tells me that it is "up-to-date" and that is not the reality. I would like to have both networks in version 1.5.0.

@EdCastillo What's your firmware version & region? I checked both US & global (EU) website and both are showing 1.6.1 as the latest version

Hi, 1.5.0 Build 20240329 Rel. 61026 is the latest firmware version for Deco S4_V3/3.6/3.26 and you might need to change the hardware version to V3.6 here.
(Deco S4_V3/3.6/3.26 shared the same firmware download link of 1.5.0.)

All my Deco S4 are version 3.26. As I explained before, one network of two nodes already has version 1.5.0 and the other network has 1.4.1.
I bought those devices in the US but I use them in LATAM. When I enter that link from LATAM, I choose version 3.26 and the last firmware that appears is Deco S4(US)_V3.26_1.4.1 Build 20230324.

Hi, Thanks for the quick reply.
Firmware version 1.5.0 Build 20240329 Rel. 61026 was released a few weeks ago and it is rolled out in waves according to the MAC address, which might explain why some of your Deco has received the firmware notification while others do not. They will be able to detect 1.5.0 in the next few weeks/months.
The firmware download link is manually uploaded by the local web support and sometimes there might be a delay. If you want to manually update the firmware via web UI, you could refer to the download link in the previous reply.
