Hi, just bought the device and we will use as extender. We are trying to connect the device to our home WiFi but it cannot detect our WIFI. It was able to detect our neighbors' wifi though. I tried manually entering our WIFI details but it is showing no connection. Our other devices (mobile phone, laptop, etc) had no issues detecting and connecting to our home WiFi. Already tried resetting the device twice.

Update manually the RE to its latest FW release TL-WA855RE(EU)_V5_1.0.13 Build 231115 - here and then test again.
