Device able to detect other wifi but not our own wifi

Hi, just bought the device and we will use as extender. We are trying to connect the device to our home WiFi but it cannot detect our WIFI. It was able to detect our neighbors' wifi though. I tried manually entering our WIFI details but it is showing no connection. Our other devices (mobile phone, laptop, etc) had no issues detecting and connecting to our home WiFi. Already tried resetting the device twice.

Hi, thank you for the response. I tried upgrading the firmware as instructed but it is still not working. Still unable to detect and connect to our home WiFi.

What's your main router make and model ? Check you main router 2.4GHz wireless channel and make sure that it uses wireless channel 1, 6 or 11.
