Hey, I am from Poland and I need help connecting my Deco X20 to the internet. When I connect deco to my router it is working fine but very unstable. I wanted to use deco as a router, it didn't work, so I called my ISP and they said I need to do a Mac clone, did that and it still didn't work. Other person said that I only need to change WLAN to 40 and it will work, there because I didn't know what this is I left it. Can someone explain to me if this is even possible for me to configure deco to work as my router in this situation?

Hi, May I know who is your internet service provider and the model number of the ISP-provided router?

"Other person said that I only need to change WLAN to 40 ", I think it might be VLAN ID which you could find under Deco APP>More>IPTV/VLAN, you could enable internet VLAN here and input 40.

How about the interent connection type on the Deco when you use Deco as the only router, Dynamic IP or PPPOE？

You could also connect a laptop directly to the ISP modem box to see whether the laptop could get an internet connection directly.
