I have a DECO X20 Mesh Network that has been working with no issues for about 2 years. In the last week or so, sometimes some or most slaves go offline on the APP. Disconnecting and reconnecting the unit brings them back ONLINE. They will eventually go OFFLINE. Sometimes even pressing Check Again on the APP or changing the name of the unit will cause the Slaves to go OFFLINE. Does this make sense? Why is it only happening in the last two week. A reboot of the Main unit/router will not help. 

 

Firmware version is - 1.2.0 Build 20231221 Rel 56452

 

Is this a known issue?

 Update: I did a reboot on the main and this is what is shown. The image below is the true config based on distance of the DECO X20s, but is it normal to have 2 slaves online off an offline deco?

  @Deco2024 Are your deco access points really going offline or is it just a bug in the app ? I had the same issue and found out that if the application cache is cleared then all indications return to normal.

Hi thanks for letting me know., great suggestion. I was not sure how to delete the cache from the APP on the phone, so I deleted the APP and re-installed it. When I logged back in, still the same issue, as a matter of fact, I am back to the original status from my original post; all OFFLINE except the main.  I checked all the devices physically and they are all running green and no internet issues. I rebooted the devices and they came back to physical green on the devices, but the APP still shows as OFFLINE. Just a side note; I also have another DECO network (X60) in another location that I am monitoring using the same APP and that network I have no issues; APP seems fine.

 

It drives me bonkers trying to figure this out.
