Error code 9812 when adding new wan connection

Hi, I am encountering this error when setting up a new WAN connection on a VR1600v. Any help much appreciated!

Have you tried to edit/delete the old WAN connection ? The device may have a limit of only one WAN connection.
If this was helpful click on the arrow pointing upward to make it blue.
