As I changed my emailadress, I had to create a new account.

in my old account I could access the AX6000 from another location, for instance to switch on the guest network.

in my new account, I can only adress the apparatus if I am at home. No remote access possible.

How can I get access from a remote location?

Hi,

 

Log into your old TP-Link ID account and "unbind" the Archer AX6000. Then switch to your new TP-Link account and "bind" the Archer AX6000 to that account.
