***On the Beta APP, if you can't subscribe to the Advanced Parental Control/Security+, or the subscription is only valid for a limited time, it is due to the subscription section being under a test environment and not fully integrated with the actual HomeSheild service platform. In this case, any previous subscription isn't charged. We recommend subscribing to the HomeShield service kit through the official app. If you have already subscribed on the official APP, the HomeShield service will function as intended.
Update Advice:
1. Please be sure you have read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the Pre-release firmware!
2. How to install the Beta App in Test Flight: https://testflight.apple.com/.
3. You could withdraw the Testing directly if you no longer wish to test the app by tapping Stop Testing in TestFlight on iOS or deleting the APP on Android OS.

Hi, Thanks for the feedback.
"WiFi Access Control" needs the support of all Deco units in the Mesh network. I see there is a Deco X50-POE_V1 together with 3*Deco X50-1.6.1 and for now, the latest firmware of Deco X50-POE_V1 hasn't added "WiFi Access Control".
Best regards.

Not sure where to post this but I would really like the ability to run a speedtest using the App to check the upload/download speed of the current 4G/5G connection. I have installed an X50 at a friends house and would like to check remotely on a weekly basis how it is performing.

Hi David
Do you think you can integrate the option to select channel width for 6 Ghz band in the Be65 advanced section.
We have it for the 5ghz band currently in DECO and can select 80 or 160.
It would be great to be able to choose between 160mhz and 320mhz in the Be65 especially in what is a WiFi 7 device.
I am pretty sure this option was available previously for the 6ghz band , maybe im thinking of the tether app when I had BE800 router 🤔
Thanks

Hi, I am using Deco app 3.8.129 with x50 v1 (1.6.1) but I can't see all my active devices on the Online Client list. There is some bug?

Hi, Thanks for the feedback.
Have you submitted the Deco APP logs?
For the clients- not showing in the "online list", were they in the offline list? or completely disappear from the Deco APP?
What are these clients? Have you configured static IP addresses for them?
Wait for your reply and best regards.

Hi,
Have you submitted the Deco APP logs?
No, How can I do that?
For the clients- not showing in the "online list", were they in the offline list? or completely disappear from the Deco APP?
They are in offline list
What are these clients? Have you configured static IP addresses for them?
They are IoT devices, Smart Switches... I am using Home Assistant to control it, they are working (I can turn it off-on, but I can't see in Active list) . I just changed it to static IP and they are working for now (I can see it in Active list). I am going to wait some time.

I recall my message, since the longer testing show, that this version is unfortunately of the same bad quality
