Beta Software Deco APP 3.8.102/3.8.129 - Prepare for A New Deco Onboarding Experience
Hi Deco Users,
Thanks to the dedicated work of our engineers, a new Deco App version has been created to enhance the Deco user experience.
This release mainly adds some enhancements and bug fixes to optimize the Onboarding Process. We are excited to announce that a field test is currently underway. Your engagement and feedback is highly appreciated!
What’s New
1. Supported a whole new Onboarding UI.
2. Reduced Onboarding time.
3. Simplified Onboarding steps.
4. Fixed some bugs and improved the stability.

***On the Beta APP, if you can't subscribe to the Advanced Parental Control/Security+, or the subscription is only valid for a limited time, it is due to the subscription section being under a test environment and not fully integrated with the actual HomeSheild service platform. In this case, any previous subscription isn't charged. We recommend subscribing to the HomeShield service kit through the official app. If you have already subscribed on the official APP, the HomeShield service will function as intended.
Update Advice:
1. Please be sure you have read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the Pre-release firmware!
2. How to install the Beta App in Test Flight: https://testflight.apple.com/.
3. You could withdraw the Testing directly if you no longer wish to test the app by tapping Stop Testing in TestFlight on iOS or deleting the APP on Android OS.

Hi David on my android smartphone The app stops working, every time I close it or put it in background, once I reopen it My clients disappear, the speeds are frozen at the last displayed state, the options and any changes are not displayed and/or loaded, returning only errors and/or failures. Sometimes the deco satellites also disappear or the main one doesn't work well (which is absolutely false).I understand that the beta state can bring errors but I have always used the "stable" version of the play store. I have had this problem for a few days, can you help me find a solution? I currently have the version 3.8.125

Hi, Thanks for the update.
If there is another mobile, it is suggested to install the official Android 3.8.88 or IOS 3.8.129 version to see whether the offcial APP has the similar issue.

@David-TP hi David Thanks for your prompt response.I made the feedback from the decò app with some screenshots where I highlight the problem I encounter.My main decoder is a XE75 Pro V3 EU model, I have three other E4R V2 satellites, two of which are connected directly to the ethernet, I attach the screenshots. I had actually previously installed the app on a tablet as well and it worked correctly, unlike the smartphone.Where can I find the android version you suggested I install? I think the play store installs a more recent version than the one you suggested.
