Router keeps disconnecting and freezing
Hello,
I have had my new router for a month. However, over the last couple of weeks, the router keeps freezing, and sometimes drops its connection to the mobile network in spite of being in a strong signal area. When connected, I always have 'full bars'.
When I try to reboot the device via the Deco app, it keeps failing and the only way to 'unfreeze' it is to pull out the power cable.
I have checked for firmware updates and I have also done a factory reset using the little button on the base. Neither of these fixes the issue.
Am I missing something please? Thanks.

Hi, May I know who is your SIM carrier?
It is suggested to install the latest 1.1.5 firmware first:

Thank you very much and best regards.

@David-TP thanks.
The carrier is O2.
When I check for updates, it says my system is currently up to date?

Thank you.
The 1.1.5 version hasn't been officially released so Deco APP can't delete this version yet.
Best regards.

@David-TP I figured out how to manually update the router. The problem persists unfortunately.
Found another thread discussing similar issues to the ones I am experiencing - https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/624266.
Doesn't seem that tp-link has come up with a solution?
