Model: Deco X73-DSL
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hi,

I am having problems connecting my X73-dsl to Vodafone ISP, FTTC connection. I believe the line is BT openreach.

I have been using the deco app for setup, selecting service provider as other.

PPPoE username and password has been provided from Vodafone. VLAN ID 901/101.

So the X73 is able to establish DSL connection but unable to access internet. I have tried adding @ vodafone to username but no luck. Have tried both VLAN ID's and also tried it turned off.

Have reset and updated the router to the latest firmware and is connected using the dsl filter my Vodafone hub came with.

I am not sure what to try next! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  @SSG88

Hi, are you able to plug the Vodafone hub back into the DSL service and log into its management page to check whether it used the same PPPOE username/password, and whether VLAN ID is needed or not?

I see someone mentioned Vodafone also used VLAN 911 for its broadband connection:

Thank you very much and best regards.
